ConclusionStudy results indicate unreliability of RSI threshold for LPR diagnosis. Combination of symptoms, endoscopic findings, and 24 ‐hour Dx‐pH monitoring is recommended for LPR diagnosis and PPI treatment decisions, especially in difficult‐to‐control or severe COPD patients.
