Hypermethylated miR-424 in Colorectal Cancer Subsequently Upregulates VEGF

ConclusionThe present study suggests that hypermethylation downregulates miR-424. VEGF expression is upregulated with decreased miR-424 in colorectal cancer, which results in cancer progression.
