Namibia: Support for Down Syndrome Mothers

[Namibia Economist]Dr Eline van der Linden, Chairperson of the Down Syndrome Association of Namibia (DSAN) said when her daughter Namasiku was born with Down syndrome ,she had no clue how to handle this child with special needs and there was no support organization to turn to. This was one of the reasons she, other parents and caretakers of persons with Down syndrome decided to launch DSAN in October 2012.
