Diagnosing narcolepsy in the active duty military population
CONCLUSION: Diagnostic testing for narcolepsy may be influenced by the presence of comorbid sleep disorders including sleep-disordered breathing, insufficient sleep duration, and circadian misalignment which are common in active military personnel.
