Long-term outcomes of transcatheter self-expanding aortic valve implantations in inoperable and high surgical-risk patients with severe aortic stenosis: a single-center single-valve registry

CONCLUSIONS: TAVI, with a self-expanding Medtronic valve implantation according to the consistent protocol, allows achieving promising outcomes. Patients with lower ES II scoring had an equal prognosis compared to the actuarial survival of a healthy representative population. Postdilatation was a new factor positively influencing survival, thus requires further investigations.PMID:33599461 | DOI:10.33963/KP.15821
