Efficacy of plasmapheresis as treatment for bilateral hyperviscosity syndrome related retinopathy in multiple myeloma
CONCLUSIONS: Fundoscopy lead to diagnosis of HVS, it is therefore advisable in all patients with MM in order to perform plasmapheresis as soon as possible if necessary.
