ConclusionFemale urethroplasty provides excellent cure rates. Meatal-sparing dorsal onlay vaginal graft urethroplasty can be considered in mid- and proximal urethral strictures. This simple and effective approach can widen the surgical horizons in the treatment of female urethral stricture and reduce its complications.
