Engagement of other Emergency Services in the management of Penile Ring Entrapment

We present the case of a 59-year-old man with PRE secondary to placement of 14 metallic rings for sexual pleasure. We recommend involvement of the Fire Emergency Service if local equipment is inadequate for urgent penile ring removal.
