CDFI: Notice of Funds Availability Inviting Applications for Financial Assistance Awards or Technical Assistance Grants Under the Native American CDFI Assistance Fiscal Year 2021 Funding Round

The Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFI) Fund announces the availability of awards up to $1 million for Certified Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFIs) serving Native American, Alaska Native, or Native Hawaiian populations or Native American areas to build their financial capacity to lend to eligible markets, as well as technical assistance grants up to $150,000 to create a CDFI serving Native Communities or to build their capacity to serve those markets. Includes information on funding amounts allocated for persistent poverty counties, disability funds, and the Healthy Food Financing Initiative. Applications for financial assistance or technical assistance are due May 3, 2021. The deadline to contact NACA program staff is April 29, 2021; and the deadline to contact the Awards Management Information System-IT (AMIS-IT) help desk is May 3, 2021.
