In their recent article entitled “Evaluation of Gasless Laparoscopy as a Tool for Minimal Access Surgery in Low-to-Middle-Income Countries: A Phase II Noninferiority Randomized Controlled Study,” Mishra and colleagues conclude and “advocate for its wider use in low-resource settings to extend the benefits of minimal access su rgery (MAS) over open operation. . ..”1
