Chronic graft-versus-host disease (GVHD) is the leading cause of morbidity and mortality late after allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplant (allo-HSCT), which affects 30-70% of allo-HSCT survivors, with significant impact on quality of life.1,2 The eye is one of the major target organs affected by GVHD, occurring in greater than 50% of patients with chronic GVHD.3,4
