Pfizer spinoff sues Raleigh biotech over patents
A Pfizer spinoff is suing a Raleigh biotechnology firm and its founder over intellectual property rights.
New Jersey-based Zoetis is suing Raleigh-based Applied LifeSciences& Systems and its founder, Ramin Karimpour, claiming that Zoetis — not Karimpour — should have the rights to the livestock technology being developed by the startup.
