Late Presentation of Wilms Tumor in a Patient with Hemihypertrophy after Normal Screening

We present a case of a child with isolated hemihypertrophy, associated with 5% risk of Wilms tumor, who presented with a tumor after the recommended screening, at age 9, brining into question the age cutoffs currently used.
