As measle outbreaks continue to pop up around the country, records show the number of immunization exemptions in Missouri have risen for three consecutive years — and not just for measles. Records from the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services show a steady increase in requests for exemptions for four major vaccines: diphtheria, polio, measles and hepatitis B.
