Hysteroscopic Morcellation in Endometrial Cancer Diagnosis: Increased Risk?
In this study, we sought to determine whether there are increased rates of positive peritoneal cytology, lymphovascular space invasion, or surgical upstaging in patients undergoing hysteroscopic morcellation compared to alternative endometrial biopsy methods.
