Public Inspection: DHS: Modification of Registration Requirement for Petitioners Seeking To File Cap-Subject H-1B Petitions; Delay of Effective Date

Pre-publication notice from the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) announcing the temporary delay of the effective date of theJanuary 8, 2021, final rule. This delay is in accordance with the January 20, 2021 memorandum, "Regulatory Freeze Pending Review." The final rule is now effective December 31, 2021. DHS will accept comments on this delay for 30 days after the publication of this notice, which is scheduled for February 8, 2021.
