I am a Father, an Employee, and at one point in my life, I was also Caregiver

As someone with a lived experience of a mental health challenge, I am also a father, an employee, and at one point in my life, I was also a caregiver. As a caregiver to an aging grandparent, it was at that moment that I learned about the importance of self-care throughout the lifespan. Below, I take you through the stages I went through as I lost my grandmother and began to take care of my grandfather.
