Nitrous Oxide vs Lidocaine vs No-analgesic for In-office Hysteroscopy: A Randomised Clinical Trial.
CONCLUSION: INO was as effective as lidocaine-1% in pain control for in-office hysteroscopy and better tolerated. The no-analgesic group presented the poorer results, thus the least recommended clinical option.
