Standard of care for locally advanced cervical cancer (LACC) includes external beam radiotherapy (EBRT) with concomitant chemotherapy and image-guided adaptive brachytherapy (IGABT) [1]. The use of IGABT has brought improved disease control and overall survival, as well as decreased morbidity compared to two-dimensional (2D) brachytherapy (BT) [2] –[9].
