Maqsoda Maqsodi to Join IntraHealth as New Chief Program Officer

January 29, 2021IntraHealth International is thrilled to welcome Maqsoda Maqsodi as our new chief program officer, beginning February 1, 2021.As a member of the executive team, Maqsodi will lead IntraHealth’s Center for Program Delivery and Learning and oversee global health projects in more than 30 countries. She brings over 17 years of experience in project leadership and management, including in conflict and post-conflict settings. Maqsodi has worked in Uganda, Kenya, Mozambique, United Arab Emirates, Jordan, Sri Lanka, Afghanistan, India, Bolivia, and Peru.“I am so happy to be welcoming Maqsoda to our team here at IntraHealth,” saysPolly Dunford, IntraHealth’s president and CEO.“Her stellar leadership skills and track record for getting results in even the most challenging settings are going to be great assets to our global teams, who—at this very moment—are working incredibly hard to protect health workers and keep health services available during this pandemic.”Maqsodi comes to IntraHealth from Chemonics International, where she most recently served as senior operations director for its Middle East and North Africa division.
