Intravenous Immunoglobulin, Neonatal Alloimmune Thrombocytopenia, and Sjogren ’s Syndrome: A case report
A 35-year-old G3P1 woman presented at 12 weeks gestation for intravenous immunoglobulin infusion 1 g/kg/week as prophylaxis for a previous neonatal alloimmune thrombocytopenia. She was also treated with prednisone 20 mg three tablets a day.
