Orbitofrontal syndrome and “goosebumps”—A new manifestation of autoimmune epilepsy in anti-LGI1 encephalitis

We report a case of anti-LGI1 autoimmune encephalitis presenting as orbitofrontal syndrome with focal “goosebump” seizures.
