Newsom expected to lift regional stay-at-home orders across California

Gov. Gavin Newsom on Monday is expected to lift the regional Covid-19 stay-at-home orders that have been in place throughout much of California since late last year. Such a move could see some businesses, such as hair salons and barbers, open up for limited indoor services.
