Chronic gastritis according to age and Helicobacter pylori in Thailand: histopathological patterns.

CONCLUSION: Overall chronic gastritis is common in dyspeptic patients without visible lesions. Prevalence, grading, and severity of chronic gastritis increase with age and Hp infection.
