Wichita native receives one of Trump's final-hours pardons

A Wichita native who was convicted of fraud as a Tampa, Fla., health-care executive was pardoned by President Trump early Wednesday morning. Todd Farha, who was President and CEO of WellCare Health Plans, was one of five company executives who were convicted of health-care fraud in 2013.
