C-reactive protein and clinical outcomes in patients with COVID-19, European Heart Journal

This research (n=2,601) found CRP levels above the median value (108 mg/L) were associated with VTE (OR 2.33, 95% CI 1.61 –3.36), acute kidney injury (2.11, 1.76–2.52), critical illness (2.83, 95% CI 2.37–3.37), and mortality (2.59, 2.11–3.18), compared with CRP below the median.
