Apremilast prevents IL ‑17‑induced cellular senescence in ATDC5 chondrocytes mediated by SIRT1.

In conclusion, the present results revealed that apremilast exerted a beneficial effect, thereby protecting chondrocytes from senescence induced by IL‑17.
