Medical device firm NeuroOne plots path to the Nasdaq with $12.5M private placement

NeuroOne Medical Technologies Corp. has raised $12.5 million through the private placement of 12,500,000 shares, it announced Friday. Eden Prairie-based NeuroOne makes electrodes that are used in brain surgeries related to the treatment of epilepsy. Its Evo electrodes received FDA clearance in November 2019.
