Bone-conduction hearing aid is effective in congenital oval window atresia.

CONCLUSIONS: Patients with congenital oval window atresia often show moderate to severe conductive hearing loss. Implantable bone-conduction hearing aids are considerably safe and stable for hearing rehabilitation.
