Percutaneous Extraction of Intravascular Leiomyomatosis
Intravenous leiomyomatosis (IVL) is a rare smooth muscle neoplasm characterized by uterine leiomyoma tissue growing into venous structures. This is a case report of the percutaneous extraction of an IVL tumor from the inferior vena cava (IVC) and right common iliac vein using a ClotTriever thrombectomy device. Institutional Review Board approval was not required.
