Clinical applications of detecting IgG, IgM, or IgA antibody for the diagnosis of COVID-19: A meta-analysis and systematic review

The global pandemic of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19), caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2), has involved more than 200 countries, with 15,785,641 confirmed cases and 640,016 deaths worldwide(World Health Organization, 2020). Timely detection and quarantine of infected patients are critical measures to prevent the spread of the disease. Various diagnostic tests for COVID-19 have been reported(Beeching et al., 2020).
