Continuous non-invasive arterial pressure monitoring for transcatheter aortic valve replacement
The objective of the present study conducted in patients undergoing transcatheter aortic valve replacement is to compare continuous non-invasive arterial pressure measured with the ClearSight ™ device (Edwards Lifesciences LTD, Irvine, California, US) with invasive radial artery pressure used as the reference method. We hypothesized that the ClearSight™ device is an accurate, precise, safe, and efficient method for arterial blood pressure measurement comparable to an invasive radial arterial line.
