The College Station area could be in line for a $2 billion investment as a Japan-based company says it's planning a U.S. expansion. Tokyo-based Fujifilm Diosynth Biotechnologies, a subsidiary of Fujifilm Corp., will build and operate a large-scale cell culture production site in the U.S. near a current Fujifilm site, Fujifilm Corp. announced last week.
