Facial and neck erythema associated with dupilumab treatment: A systematic review
Dupilumab-associated facial and/or neck erythema has not been reported in clinical trials. Etiology and pathogenesis of this adverse event are poorly understood. Prompt identification and management of this adverse event is needed to minimize negative impacts of this AE and potential discontinuations. Different diagnoses that should be considered include rosacea, allergic contact dermatitis, and head and neck dermatitis.
