Differential diagnoses of endometrial thickness: a case report
Tuberculosis (TB) is an infectious disease defined by the World Health Organization as a global priority. (1) Its main focus is pulmonary, affecting 10 million people in 2018. (1) There are also extrapulmonary forms such as lymph nodal, pleural and urogenital disease (FGTB) (2) that affects patients between 20 and 40 years of age, being rare in postmenopausal women (3). The real incidence is unknown due to its nonspecific clinical presentation and difficult diagnosis (2).
