CONCLUSION: Analysis revealed that the lived experience of Hispanic/Latino baccalaureate nursing students is complex and multifaceted. Fostering these students' connections within nursing, understanding their unique paths, and recognizing the individuality that each brings to the learning environment are key factors in promoting their success.
