Safety profile of brentuximab vedotin in Japanese patients with relapsed/refractory Hodgkin lymphoma or systemic anaplastic large cell lymphoma: a post-marketing surveillance study.

This study showed that BV has an acceptable safety profile in Japanese patients with R/R HL and R/R sALCL in the clinical practice setting. However, close monitoring rare, but potentially fatal, ADRs such as pulmonary toxicity may be warranted, especially in patients with prior or ongoing pulmonary disorders.
