An unusual case of longstanding mammary Paget's disease presenting with reticulated skin changes. Clin Exp Dermatol. 2021 Jan 05;: Authors: Dhariwal S, Rytina E, Sterling J Abstract A Caucasian female presented initially at the age of 84 with a 20-year history of an erythematous, reticular plaque over her left areola with a large cutaneous horn. Over the preceding years, the rash slowly spread and became mildly pruritic. Previous topical treatments included emollients and hydrocortisone cream which had little beneficial effect. There was no personal or family history of breast cancer. PMID: 33400312 [PubMed - as supplied by publisher]
