Mayer-Rokitansky-K üster-Hauser syndrome associated with fused renal ectopia and hydroureter

The video presentation entitled “Mayer−Rokitansky−Küster−Hauser syndrome with rare findings of crossed-fused renal ectopia and Gartner’s duct cyst: a video case report” presents treatment of vaginal agenesis and reimplantation of hydro-ureter into the bladder (1). This is a wonderful report of a rare combined Mülleri an and renal anomaly, and highlights the diverse spectrum of anomalies that exist. The video presentation is a nice demonstration of the Davydov procedure, with a detailed step-by-step depiction of dissection in the vessico-rectal space to create a neovaginal space.
