Comparison between resorbable plates vs. titanium plates for treatment of zygomatic fractures: a systematic review with meta-analysis

ConclusionThere was no difference in the occurrence of infection, diplopia, or paresthesia between the fixation methods. Resorbable plates showed better postoperative clinical performance.
