I bow to my teacher: Fuzi, a topical herb?

Initial Exposure Each moment signifies an encounter or lack there of that spirals into pinnacles of movement. And, every movement a person makes is part of a larger healing transformation. Whether an encounter feels like smooth sailing or just back breaking labor, pay no heed. The real significance is the deeper eruption of meaning that concludes the passing of said event and that which carries on to the next pinnacle. Strangely, it is the character of the individual, person, plant, community walking the path that assumes the virtual shape of how events are internalized. Let me give you an example: My teacher recommended I try the infamous 附子 Fuzi (Aconiti Lateralis Radix) for my year long herbs lab project at NCNM Yes, just the herb I was avoiding. This herb is not the most often used, but definitely one of the most popular amongst the herbal community. Of course I thought, its because Fuzi is toxic and the text reads used for “collapsed / devastated yang qi and rescues qi from rebellion”. Inherently, this would sway the herbal prescriber to use or not to use based on herbal theory from the … school.
