VITAMIN B12 deficiency: Scientists believe there is a strong link between having low levels of B12 and suffering with psychiatric disorders. With many suffering during not only a cold winter but a tough lockdown too, having a low mood is understandable however could it be improved or even corrected by a B12 boost?
