Effect of Post-Isometric Relaxation and Laser on Upper Trapezius Trigger Point Pain in Patients with Mechanical Neck Pain

Conclusions: Both PIR and LASER treatment have been effective in reducing pain-pressure threshold and pain intensity in the management of muscle trigger point pain. Long-term studies are warranted to further validate the effectiveness of these modalities in the management of upper Trapezius trigger point pain.
