Second Chance Act Youth Offender Reentry Program

Grants to provide reentry services and programs for youth with the goals of reducing recidivism and improving outcomes for youth returning to their communities after detention or out-of-home placement. Services may include substance use disorder treatment and services, physical healthcare, mental healthcare, and comprehensive housing services. Projects in rural communities are a priority.
