Connect with others Sharing a feast with all your loves ones could be off the cards, but that doesn’t mean you can’t still connect with them over this period. Thanks to the numerous video chat programmes available, you could host a virtual get together! Whether it’s a quick catch up or an afternoon of games, seeing your loved ones’ faces is sure to lighten your mood. If that’s not possible, checking in with others via text or a phone call could help you feel more connected.   Enjoy some downtime While big family Christmases and lots of socialising can be great fun, it can be incredibly exhausting too!
