Risk stratification in pulmonary hypertension associated with interstitial lung disease: The holy grail?

We read with great enthusiasm the interesting paper by Yogeswaran et  al1 discussing risk stratification in patients with pulmonary hypertension (PH) related to interstitial lung disease (ILD).
