JAK1/2 inhibition impairs the development and function of inflammatory dendritic epidermal cells in atopic dermatitis.

CAPSULE SUMMARY: JAK inhibitors show improvement of AD with favourable safety profile. However, the mechanistic role of JAK in inflammatory dendritic epidermal cells (IDEC) remains unclear. We demonstrate that JAK1/2 inhibition impairs generation and function of IDEC.
