Reminder: Promoting Brain Health for Life, December 15 –16th
We need a new approach to promote Brain Health for Life: instead of trying to treat diseases, we need to educate and empower the public at large to adopt lifelong healthy lifestyles. In parallel, we need to better understand brain resilience and its mechanisms to design interventions that promote it and delay the onset of clinical manifestations of disease, and the consequent disability.
With this 2‑day event we aim to engage relevant stakeholders and grow the leaders of tomorrow by analyzing modifiable lifestyles as nutrition, sleep, exercise, social or psychological factors, among others, and to help promote brain resilience and reserve via lifestyle and innovation.
When & How: December 15–16th, online. Registration is now closed as event reached full capacity; we will make sure to share main take-aways shortly afterwards.
