HHS: Fourth Amendment to the Declaration Under the Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness Act for Medical Countermeasures Against COVID-19 and Republication of the Declaration

Notice of amendment from the Department of Health and Human Services to allow healthcare personnel to use telehealth to order or administer medical countermeasures against COVID-19 for patients in a state other than the state where the healthcare personnel are permitted to practice. Among other things, this amendment also modifies and clarifies the training requirements for certain licensed pharmacists and pharmacy interns to administer certain routine childhood or COVID-19 vaccinations. This amendment is effective as of February 4, 2020.
