From the Pages of Allergy Watch

For this month ’s ‘From the pages of Allergy Watch’, I’ve chosen reviews from interesting articles published in recent Allergy Watch issues. The first, reviewed by Dr Chipps, highlights a study showing improved outcomes when treatable traits are targeted in adult asthmatics. The next study reviewed by Dr L ee found the surprising findings that a quarter of asthmatic patients were found to have concomitant laryngeal dysfunction. The final review by Dr Oppenheimer reported data from 15 years of biologic use for asthma that only about 10% of clinicians wrote 30% of the prescriptions.
